Refunds Policy

At The Landing at Orcas, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all guests. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of stay dates are 100% refundable
  • For cancellations less that 30 days of stay dates please contact us on info@orcasislandstays.com or 360-376-4611

2. Early Departures and No-Shows

  • Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for unused nights.
  • No-shows (guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice) will forfeit the entire booking amount.

3. Modifications to Reservations

  • Date changes requested 14 days or more before check-in may be accommodated based on availability, at no additional charge. 
  • Date changes requested less than 14 days before check-in will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the standard refund policy.

4. Refund Processing

  •  Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 
  • Transaction fees imposed by payment processors may be non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure Policy

  • In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may offer rescheduling or a credit for future stays instead of a refund.
