What are the check-in and check-out times?
  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Can I check in late or check out late?

Late check-ins are available with prior notice. For late check-outs, please contact us in advance; availability depends on bookings and may incur an additional fee.

Are pets allowed at The Landing at Orcas?

Well-behaved pets are welcome in Villa #1 with an added cleaning fee of $25 a day. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm pet-friendly availability. 

What amenities are included in the villas?

Each villa features:

  • Private deck with ocean views
  • King-size bed

  • Fully equipped kitchenette
  • Flat-screen TV
  • Air conditioning and heating
  • Free private parking  
  • Waterfront sauna and lounge area

Do the villas have private decks, BBQs, or fire pits?

Yes, all villas boast private decks with stunning ocean views. The property also offers a BBQ area and fire tables for guests to enjoy.

What are the sauna hours?

The on-site sauna is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of stay dates are 100% refundable.

How do I get to Orcas Island?

You can reach Orcas Island via the Washington State Ferry from Anacortes. Alternatively, daily flights are available from Seattle through Kenmore Air or San Juan Airlines.

Do I need to book the ferry in advance?

Yes, reservations are strongly recommended for both vehicles and passengers, especially during weekends and the summer season. Visit wsdot.wa.gov/ferries to book your spot.

How early should I arrive for the ferry?

We recommend arriving at least 45-60 minutes before departure if you have a vehicle reservation. Walk-on passengers can arrive closer to departure but should still allow time for parking and boarding.

Is the property suitable for events or group gatherings?

Yes, The Landing at Orcas is an ideal venue for small, elegant weddings and memorable celebrations.
